The room i was assigned faced the highway. The noise was quite disruptive. also, one morning i requested croissants and chocolate via room service. the croissants arrived with only jam. when i inquired about the chocolate, i was told it was inside, but they were plain. i had to send the entire order back, with no compensation offered.
