acceptable stay, some issues present

highway noise unfulfilled order

The room i was assigned faced the highway. The noise was quite disruptive. also, one morning i requested croissants and chocolate via room service. the croissants arrived with only jam. when i inquired about the chocolate, i was told it was inside, but they were plain. i had to send the entire order back, with no compensation offered.

the rooms are spacious and clean, loved THE rooftop. the location is prime, close to everywhere.

The staff was warm and cute. The check-in process was quick. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options.

The pillows need replacement. The AC did not provide sufficient cooling in the afternoon. The pool is small. It gets crowded easily.

separate shower cardio machine supportive staff

staff were very supportive. the room had a bathtub AND a separate shower. The fitness center provided several cardio machines including three treadmills.

the elevator music was a little repetitive.
